Botox and Filler Injector Training Near El Paso, Texas

Injector Training Academy (ITA) trains El Paso-area RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, and dentists at its Dallas clinic. El Paso sits at the far western edge of Texas, and there’s no honest way to soften the distance, it’s a genuine cross-state trip. Foundational certification starts at $1,099, with live-model practice from the first session rather than a slideshow and a single demonstration model.

The Nursing Schools Behind Most of Our El Paso Students

A steady share of ITA’s El Paso-area students come from UT El Paso’s School of Nursing, Southwest University El Paso’s Nursing Programs, and El Paso Community College’s Nursing Programs. Many are looking for their first structured step into aesthetic medicine.

Finding a Medical Director on the Far West Texas Border

Every Texas med spa needs a physician actively involved in delegation, not just named on paperwork. ITA connects graduates with physicians through its partnership with Medical Director Co., which helps close the gap regardless of how far west you’re building a practice.

Graduates also get optional supplier guidance through DeWitt Pharma for wholesale Botox and filler pricing. There’s no forced vendor contract and no revenue-share arrangement tied to either.

What El Paso-Area Graduates Do Next

Almost every graduate from this part of the state builds a career locally rather than commuting back for work, since the trip is too long to repeat regularly. El Paso’s market draws patients from across the metro and from nearby New Mexico communities like Las Cruces and Horizon City, which gives graduates a wider potential client base than the city’s own population alone would suggest.

El Paso-Area Graduates on Their Career Change

As a UTEP nursing graduate, I wanted a different career path. ITA’s injector training gave me the skills and confidence to work in aesthetics.

Andrea, RN, El Paso

I graduated from Southwest University but had no aesthetics background. The El Paso nurse injector internship gave me experience and led directly to a med spa job.

Sofia, RN, Horizon City

After finishing EPCC, I joined ITA’s injector training classes. The Business Creation Course in El Paso helped me launch my own med spa within a year.

Carla, RN, Las Cruces, NM

Questions

Before You Book: Common El Paso Training Questions

Does ITA have a clinic in El Paso?

No, and the honest answer on distance counts for a lot here: the nearest ITA location is in Dallas, a genuine cross-state trip.

How much does injector training cost?

It ranges from $1,099 for the foundational tier up to $8,500 for full business LLC creation support, depending on what you need.

Do I need a Texas license to attend?

Yes. The program is built for licensed RNs, NPs, and PAs, along with physicians and dentists. A New Mexico license alone doesn’t qualify you to inject in Texas.

Will I practice on live patients?

Yes, every hands-on tier includes supervised live-model practice, not just observation.

Can an LVN take this training and then inject in Texas?

An LVN can complete the coursework, but Texas doesn’t allow LVNs to perform cosmetic injections independently, even under physician supervision. This program is built for license types that Texas permits to inject.

Can I open my own med spa after training?

Yes, and El Paso’s position as a border hub gives graduates here a genuinely wider potential patient base than the city’s population alone suggests. The Business Creation Course covers compliance, operations, and marketing strategies.
