Botox and Filler Injector Training Near Arlington, Texas

Injector Training Academy (ITA) trains Arlington-area RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, and dentists at its Colleyville clinic, about 20 minutes away. Foundational certification starts at $1,099, with live-model practice from day one rather than a slideshow and a single demonstration model.
Worth being upfront about this: ITA doesn’t run a clinic inside Arlington itself, but Colleyville is close enough that most Arlington students treat it as a short local drive rather than a real trip.
Arlington sits at the center of the DFW metroplex, in one of the fastest-growing med spa markets in Texas. This page covers what your license allows, what training costs across every tier, and what graduates from Arlington and nearby cities go on to do with it.

The Nursing Schools Behind Most of Our Arlington Students

A steady share of ITA’s Arlington-area students come from UT Arlington’s College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, West Coast University’s Dallas campus, and Arlington Career Institute’s nursing and allied health programs. ITA’s founder, Kiara, is a TCU nursing graduate herself, and built eight Texas med spas after moving into aesthetics.

Getting a Medical Director and Wholesale Supplier Pricing

Every Texas med spa needs a physician actively involved in delegation, not just named on paperwork. ITA connects graduates with physicians through its partnership with Medical Director Co., which tends to move faster than searching cold.

Graduates also get optional supplier guidance through DeWitt Pharma for wholesale Botox and filler pricing. There’s no forced vendor contract and no revenue-share arrangement tied to either.

Where Arlington-Area Graduates End Up

ITA’s Arlington-area graduates generally follow one of two paths. Most join an existing med spa, where employers tend to favor candidates who’ve completed real internship hours over those with a certificate and no supervised practice. Many report landing a job within two to four weeks of finishing certification.

A smaller group goes on to open their own practice, usually pairing the Business Creation Course with the internship track for both the compliance knowledge and the hands-on repetition.
Pay varies by role and client base, but hospital nursing schedules are the most common thing graduates say they were trying to escape. No night rotations, and a lot more room to grow income through returning clients once you’re established.

Questions

Before You Book: Common Arlington Training Questions

Does ITA have a clinic in Arlington?

Not directly. ITA trains Arlington-area students at its Colleyville clinic, about 20 minutes away.

How much does injector training cost?

It ranges from $1,099 for the online lecture course up to $8,500 for full business LLC creation support, depending on the tier you need.

Do I need a Texas license to attend?

Yes. The program is built for licensed RNs, NPs, and PAs, along with physicians and dentists.

Can I attend if I'm licensed in another state?

Yes. Out-of-state providers regularly travel for training. Ask ITA directly about how your specific license transfers.

Will I practice on live patients?

Yes, hands-on tiers include supervised live-model practice, not just observation.

How long does the internship run?

Several weeks, depending on your schedule and how quickly you complete supervised hours.

Can an LVN take this training and then inject in Texas?

An LVN can complete the coursework, but Texas doesn’t allow LVNs to perform cosmetic injections independently, even under physician supervision. This program is built for license types that Texas permits to inject.

Can I open my own med spa after training?

Yes. The Business Creation Course walks through compliance, client retention, and setup steps for Texas specifically.
