The Nursing Schools Behind Most of Our Spring Students

A steady share of ITA’s Spring-area students come from Lone Star College-North Harris, Lone Star College-Kingwood, the University of Houston, and UTHealth Houston. Graduates from ADN, BSN, and allied health programs choose this training because participants practice supervised injections on live models rather than just observing.

Getting a Medical Director and Wholesale Supplier Pricing

Every Texas med spa needs a physician actively involved in delegation, not just named on paperwork. ITA connects graduates with physicians through its partnership with Medical Director Co., which tends to move faster than searching cold.

Graduates also get optional supplier guidance through DeWitt Pharma for wholesale Botox and filler pricing. There’s no forced vendor contract and no revenue-share arrangement tied to either.

Where Spring-Area Graduates End Up

Many graduates step into roles across Spring, The Woodlands, and North Houston, where employers value applicants who already have live-model exposure and can assess facial structure safely. Other graduates continue into advanced education to manage more complex cases and broaden their treatment menu, while some choose the Business Creation Course to prepare for independent services.

Spring-Area Graduates on Their Career Change

Working with live models helped everything click. Having instructors guide each step made a huge difference, especially early on. I left training feeling comfortable treating patients, not just observing.

Alyssa R., RN, Spring

The internship format gave me time to slow down and really focus on assessment and safety. Repeating treatments under supervision improved how I evaluate faces and communicate with patients during consultations.

Marcus L., RN, North Houston

I enrolled in advanced training to improve precision, but I gained much more than that. Learning how to approach facial balance changed how I plan treatments and deliver more consistent results.

Sofia T., PA-C, The Woodlands

The business course addressed real questions I had about opening a practice in Texas. Everything from compliance to workflow was explained clearly and realistically. It gave me confidence to move forward.

Natalie C., NP, Spring Area

Questions

Before You Book: Common Spring Training Questions

Does ITA have a clinic in Spring?

Not directly. ITA trains Spring-area students at its Woodlands clinic, a short drive for most of North Houston.

How much does injector training cost?

It ranges from $1,099 for the foundational tier up to $8,500 for full business LLC creation support, depending on what you need.

Do I need a Texas license to attend?

Yes. The program is built for licensed RNs, NPs, and PAs, along with physicians and dentists.

Will I practice on live patients?

Yes, every hands-on tier includes supervised live-model practice, not just observation.

Can an LVN take this training and then inject in Texas?

An LVN can complete the coursework, but Texas doesn’t allow LVNs to perform cosmetic injections independently, even under physician supervision. This program is built for license types that Texas permits to inject.

Can I open my own med spa after training?

Yes, through the Business Creation Course, which covers compliance, business setup, branding, and pricing for Texas specifically.
