Botox and Filler Injector Training Near Mesquite, Texas

Injector Training Academy (ITA) trains Mesquite-area RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, and dentists at its Dallas clinic, less than 20 minutes away. Foundational certification starts at $1,099, with live-model practice from day one rather than a slideshow and a single demonstration model.
Worth being upfront about this: ITA doesn’t run a clinic inside Mesquite itself, but Dallas is close enough that most Mesquite students treat it as a short local drive.
Mesquite sits at the heart of the East Dallas medical corridor, in a market where the aesthetics industry keeps growing alongside the rest of North Texas. This page covers what your license allows, what training costs across every tier, and how to evaluate the program before you book.

The Nursing Schools Behind Most of Our Mesquite Students

A steady share of ITA’s Mesquite-area students come from West Coast University’s Texas campus, Dallas College’s School of Nursing, and Arizona College of Nursing’s Dallas campus. Many are looking to transition from clinical settings into med spas rather than start entirely from scratch.

Getting a Medical Director and Wholesale Supplier Pricing

Every Texas med spa needs a physician actively involved in delegation, not just named on paperwork. ITA connects graduates with physicians through its partnership with Medical Director Co., which tends to move faster than searching cold.

Graduates also get optional supplier guidance through DeWitt Pharma for wholesale Botox and filler pricing. There’s no forced vendor contract and no revenue-share arrangement tied to either.

Where Mesquite-Area Graduates End Up

ITA’s Mesquite-area graduates generally follow one of two paths. Most join an existing med spa, where employers tend to prefer candidates who’ve completed real internship hours over those with a certificate and no supervised practice. Many secure positions within two to four weeks of finishing certification. A smaller group goes on to open their own practice, usually pairing the Business Creation Course with the internship track for both the compliance knowledge and the hands-on repetition.

Pay varies by role and client base, but the schedule shift is usually what graduates describe first. No night rotations, and real room to grow income through returning clients once you’re established.

Questions

Before You Book: Common Mesquite Training Questions

Does ITA have a clinic in Mesquite?

Not directly. ITA trains Mesquite-area students at its Dallas clinic, less than 20 minutes away.

How much does injector training cost?

It ranges from $1,099 for the foundational tier up to $8,500 for full business LLC creation support, depending on what you need.

Do I need a Texas license to attend?

Yes. The program is built for licensed RNs, NPs, and PAs, along with physicians and dentists.

Can I attend if I'm licensed in another state?

Yes. Out-of-state providers regularly travel for training. Ask ITA directly about how your specific license transfers.

Will I practice on live patients?

Yes, every hands-on tier includes supervised live-model practice, not just observation.

How long does the internship run?

Several weeks, depending on your schedule and how quickly you complete supervised hours.

Can an LVN take this training and then inject in Texas?

An LVN can complete the coursework, but Texas doesn’t allow LVNs to perform cosmetic injections independently, even under physician supervision. This program is built for license types that Texas permits to inject.

Can I open my own med spa after training?

Yes. The Business Creation Course walks through compliance, setup steps, and marketing structure for Texas specifically.
