Founder & Advanced Clinical Nurse Injector, InjectCo
Kiara DeWitt, BSN, RN, CPN, is the Founder of InjectCo, one of Texas’s fastest-growing aesthetic practices. Known for her commitment to clinical excellence, ethical patient care, and injector education, Kiara has dedicated her career to elevating standards within the aesthetic medicine industry.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University, she started this incredible journey while also serving as the lead clinical educator for the neurosurgery and neurology unit at Cook Children’s Pediatric Hospital. Her experience in nursing leadership and education laid the foundation for the teaching philosophy she carries into aesthetic medicine today, one centered on safety, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
In 2021, Kiara founded InjectCo with a vision of creating an aesthetic practice built on trust, education, and meaningful patient relationships. As the organization grew across Texas, she recognized a need for more comprehensive training opportunities for healthcare professionals entering the field of aesthetic medicine.
Driven by her passion for education, Kiara established the Texas Academy of Medical Aesthetics to provide aspiring injectors with real-world clinical experience and hands-on mentorship.
Today, in addition to leading InjectCo and TAMA, Kiara continues to mentor aesthetic providers across the state. Her mission remains unchanged: to serve as a trusted resource for clinicians seeking to strengthen their expertise, grow their practices, and provide the highest standard of care to every patient they treat.
